OUR PAINTING PROCESS, SIMPLIFIED
From full exterior makeovers to siding upgrades and trim touch-ups, Zenith makes residential and commercial painting projects straightforward—without the scheduling headaches or sloppy results that give this industry a bad name.
Here’s how we get it done—on time and on point—across the Colorado Front Range:
1. Schedule Your Free Walkthrough
We’ll visit your property to inspect the surfaces, take measurements, and understand your goals. Whether you’re repainting for protection, resale, or a fresh new look, we tailor the scope to fit your needs.
2. Receive a Custom Proposal
You’ll get a clear breakdown of surfaces, prep work, product recommendations (like Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, or Hardie Board-approved coatings), and any upgrade options. No guesswork—just straight answers.
3. Pre-Production Planning
Once you approve the proposal, we schedule the crew, order materials, and confirm color choices. We’ll also coordinate with tenants or property managers when needed to minimize disruptions.
4. Professional Execution
Our painters arrive on time, follow site safety protocols, and execute clean, even coats with expert prep and attention to detail. We protect landscaping, fixtures, windows, and siding with industry-standard masking and surface protection.
5. Final Walkthrough & Touch-Ups
Before we call it done, we walk the job with you (or your point of contact), complete any final touch-ups, and leave the site spotless. You’ll also receive warranty info and maintenance tips to keep your finish looking great.
It’s Not Just Paint. It’s Curb Appeal, Confidence, and Care.
A quality paint job protects your investment—but a great experience builds trust. That’s where Zenith stands out. Here’s what clients across Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins count on us for:
- No-Rush, No-Mess Painting. We don’t blast through jobs and disappear. We take the time to prep properly, use the right coatings, and treat your property like it’s our own.
- Exterior Specialists, Not Just Painters. We handle stucco, vinyl, fiber cement, and wood siding with the right products for each surface—and crews trained to know the difference.
- A Project You Don’t Have to Manage. You won’t need to check in constantly or micromanage the team. Your dedicated project lead keeps things moving and communicates throughout.
- Local. Professional. Referred. We’re not a fly-by-night crew. We’re rooted in the Front Range and trusted by HOAs, homeowners, and commercial property managers who come back project after project.
FAQs
What technique do you use to paint?
The spray method has become the industry standard due to its speed of application, performance and even coverage. Some surface types require a brush and back roll painting (rough surfaces, cedar siding or stucco) Trim is almost always completed using a brush and back roll.
Spray & Back Roll is another application that can be used to paint rougher surfaces by spraying a coat of paint and using a roller to work the paint into the rough surfaces. This application can be more costly due to the increased time it takes to ensure quality coverage.
How warm does it have to be to perform exterior painting?
Ambient temperatures need to be at least 40° or above and stay above 32° for 6 hours or more to ensure a quality paint application.
While some offer products for exterior painting for temperatures as low as 38°, we recommend waiting for the weather to be a little warmer to ensure a long-lasting, quality paint job. (Which is never very long here in Colorado!)
